  1. Merry Christmas back at you ! I spent Christmas day at airports flying from Bangalore, India through Abu Dhabi ( United Arab Emirates ) and Chicago to Louisville. Birding trip, got 200+ life birds (first time seen). What an experience, great food, we were in the Western Ghats…India just moves at a fast pace…such a mix of religions and cultures plus high tech/low tech contrasts. Anyway, missed the Helle party because of the trip, be there next year maybe with you in attendance .
Have a great ending Year !

  2. Dear Amy and Will: Gwen and I missed you at the annual Hille Holiday party again this year. Was a great crowd with much dancing and merry making! No late bourbon tasting this year, but that was probably for the best as we have both been very busy at work this year and had to hit it hard the following Monday early. My patient load seems to have a much more urgent and unhappy tone to it right now, and Gwennie is both promoted to heavy new work responsibilities as well as starting her doctoral studies this past Sept. So, we will be keeping our heads down for the next couple years while we finish off some personal and professional stuff. Here’s wishing you guys all the best in the new year. All of us here are so proud of you two and your service to others and the world. We are so looking forward to you arriving back here in Ky! Be safe always. Peace and liberation within your lifetime. Medford and Gwen
